Is Justice Blind to the Katrina Atrocities?

As I’ve mentioned before I can never forget the faces and voices of those who suffer, once exposed to them it is impossible for me to disregard them, ever. When I wrote my last post (They Will Get What They Want) I mentioned New Orleans and the result of Katrina in light of what we are now facing with the current economic meltdown (meltdown for most, enrichment for others). They WILL Get What They Want (and most likely More)!

Canada to give $4 billion to the U.S. auto industry, Sweden offers $3.4 billion to the U.S. auto industry, Bush proposes $17.4 billion for the U.S. auto industry and on and on and on! I often think about those who are less fortunate and remember all the faces that I’ve seen that reflect a life of wretched discomfort and pain that this world envelops them in. Read more »
